Hello All,
On behalf of Morgan and Shey, I have created this fundraiser option to assist them with their upcoming expenses over the next few years.
As many of you know, Morgan and Shey are expecting a baby boy in July! However, Henry, "Hank," was diagnosed with Hypoplastic Right Heart Syndrome and Renal Agenesis at 24 weeks gestation. After many specialist appointments, they learned that they will have to travel out-of-state to deliver Henry at a specialty hospital that can monitor him, stabilize his condition, and perform the first of a series of open heart surgeries he will need over the next few years.
Due to these unforeseen circumstances, they are facing some challenging expenses- such as paying for long term lodging as they recover from delivery and surgery, gas, and food costs on top of our normal expenses. Even as they have saved for many years in preparation of having a baby, no parent ever expects to be thrown into a situation such as this one.
Morgan and Shey are nothing but amazing people who have overcome alot to become the chosen parents of this sweet angel. They thank you all for every bit of support provided. For right now, prayers for a healthy delivery and successful first open heart surgery are definitely needed. If you would like to support their journey financially, I have set up this Go-Fund-Me for monetary donations. Donation money will go to paying for travel expenses, food, and lodging over the extended period of time they will be away from home this year. Any extra money donated will go into a savings account in Henry’s name and used for future doctors appointments and surgeries out-of-state.
