Hi family and friends, I am organizing this memorial fundraiser on behalf of my younger brother Henry Ortiz.

Last night we lost our brother unexpectedly at the young age of 43. He was diagnosed with a health condition that was supposed to be treatable and maintained under control, however that was not the case and his health suddenly turned for the worse in a matter of 36 hours. We are now left not only with our hearts shattered due to losing our brother, but completely unprepared to cover the whole costs of funeral services.

Our family is humbly asking for any amount of donations we can get to help out with our brother's funeral services and part of the burial costs. If anyone is not able to contribute any funds, please repost or share. Anything at this point will help and be greatly appreciated.
