On December 10, 2020, our colleague and friend, Henry Kwan, passed away suddenly of a heart attack while working from home. His passing was unexpected to all. He was 49 years young. The following day, we were all saddened to hear of his unexpected passing. Henry had been with the PUC for over 16 years, starting his career with the City at Department of Building Inspections. He will be greatly missed by all. Henry leaves behind a wife and two sons, ages 8 and 12.

Tomorrow is never promised to any of us. Henry's passing is a reminder that life can be fleeting. As such, please consider donating and defraying the cost for such an unexpected passing as when anyone leaves us far too soon.
