Henry W. James, husband, father and man of God was diagnosed in 2016 with Multiple Myeloma which is cancer of the bone and blood. Once standing at 5ft 5in he now stands at 4ft 10in. On Monday March 18th he was brushing his teeth in preparation for his doctors appointment, as he turned, both his legs broke above the knees. His wife came to his aide and told him to put his arm around her; when he did, his left arm broke above the elbow and his right arm fractured. It took six paramedics to move him to the ambulance and over 14 hours of surgery to repair his injuries. Henry is now in a rehabilitation facility with a long road of recovery ahead. Medicare is only paying for a 20 day stay, however he requires at least another month beyond that.  We are looking to help extend his rehabilitation care and stay.
