Henry Hart Game: Consec-ya!
Donation protected
Hi everyone! My name is Henry Hart and I’m 16 years old and homeschooled. I’m fundraising to hire an artist and to begin the launch of my wildly popular card game! This is my fourth game that I’ve created and this is the first that I’ve decided to pursue publication with.
Consec-ya! is a very basic game that works both at home with a small family, or at camp and youth group with a large crowd! Its rules are simple and ideal for quickly mastering. It is fast paced and easy to finish in under thirty minutes. Anyone can win at this game of rolling the dice and trading for consecutive numbers!
The funds raised will go towards the $1100 game specialist team. They will design the art and graphics for all 90 cards, the instructions card, the emblem, and the small game tin. They will also upload my finished game to the gaming website where it will then be available for sale. My parents and I have spoken with a fellow game designer at church who trusts this website and their artists and believes this is a reasonable price. The additional $100 is to cover unseen expenses in the launch cost.
I’ve been encouraged by many adult leaders and professionals at Camp Sunshine to pursue publishing this game. We play it at every camp, late into the night, and it’s always a hit that everyone requests. Multiple Camp Sunshine employees and volunteers have even offered to help me with lawyers and patents in the future when the time comes. We will launch an additional campaign should the need arise at that time.
My goal for this game is to bring it to other homes and camps so that others can share in the easy fun! I am hoping to be able to reference a successful game launch in my college applications in two years.
Thank you for considering supporting my dream! Please don’t hesitate to contact me or my parents with questions.
