My name is Ana Santos Gitzinger. I live in the US. My brother in law Henrry Aguero who lives in Venezuela has liver cancer & the medicine cannot be purchased there. Henry (beneficiary) is married to my younger sister Joanna. I will be withdrawing the money that we have collected on his behalf. The money will be used to purchase his medicine in the U.S. The medicine will then be shipped from Miami to Venezuela.
Update: Nov 2018 - Dear Friends & Family, Henry is responding favorably to the treatment. Spots in his liver have dramatically decreased. We are so grateful for your donations so far. Henry still needs 2 more rounds of chemotherapy. Also 6 more months of biologic treatment (Avastin). Each month he needs to receive 8 viles of Avastin which costs $2400 (each month) The fight goes on. We continue to ask & thank you in advance for your generous donations. He couldn't have been saved without your help
Henry Aguero is our brother in law, married to our youngest sister Joanna Santos. Henry and Joanna have 2 beautiful boys: Henry David & Miguelangel. Joanna & Henry live in Venezuela. Henry was diagnosed with colon cancer last year. He was able to receive his chemotherapy in 2017 thanks to your generous donations. Treatment ended in Nov' 17 and it appeared to have cured him. Unfortunately, his 6 month tests showed more lesions in his liver. He now needs to receive a new round of chemotherapy as well as biologic treatment which cannot be purchased in Venezuela. The drug he needs, Avastin, is very expensive. Additional funds are needed. Your prayers & support continue to be appreciated.
We are asking our friends & family all over the world to help us raise additional funds to cover the costs of his remaining treatment (an additional $6,000 as of November 2018).
