The Bone Marrow for Leukaemia Trust  www.bonemarrowtrust.ie   supports people in Ireland who had or may need a stem cell transplant.  The BMLT does not receive financial support from the government and relies on fundraising.  It supports research and provides accommodation and vital day to day care to patients and their families who live outside Dublin so that they can stay near to St James's Hospital to continue their critical care and recovery without added financial worries. 

My brother in law, Gary O' Callaghan was a recipient of the BMLT funded life- saving care and accommodation in 2015 and I am delighted to say that he has since made a full recovery following a stem cell transplant from his donor, his brother Mike.  Both are seen here in the photo at either side of me.  Supporting this fundraiser will help the BMLT to continue their support to others who may require related critical care into the future. 70% of your donation will go towards this charity.

My sons have been members of our local Crusheen GAA club for many years and funds raised will also support the club's development and continued focus on providing sporting opportunities for local youths. 30% of your donation will go towards this cause.
