I am Hend Eldamaty, a challenger from Egypt. I am doing my research in Germany at the South Westfalia University of Applied Sciences in System Engineering and Engineering Management Master's program.

By the end of March I came to know about a very important conference that will disscus the importance and the future of my Master's Thesis topic. The topic is about the Excellence of Process Managemnt. Attending in OPEX Europe 2016 International conference will allow me to move my carrer forward and actually this is the place where my dream career and passion are meeting together.

In this event I will be in great need to attend the workshops and networking oppourtunities to have a proof of my research impact on the world's system. I see it as a promising oppourtunity in this stage of my life as experts and professors are reccomending me to get it. The main aim is to have a career mentor, that will help me unleach my capabilities, as I need more support now, so I will not wait, I will run after it :D
I need your support as soon as possible as the event will be starting from 25th of April till 27th. I am soo happy that I got 50% discount from the event management for the entrance fee €1500 as a result of this, including taxes, I have already applied for the visa which cost €190, and deposit for a room in a hostel that will cost €100 for the whole period. I have calculated the daily expenses and the on ground transportation will be €100. Finally the flight will cost me around €60.
N.B.: I have added the gofundme total fees and per donation.
Update :D.. with your help I managed to cut €2160 from my total goal ,, discounts , cheaper flights, and workoppourtunity that will help me pay more than before,,,every help matters.
I am facing timing and financial restrictions, but my determination has encourges me to push my limits to the maximum. Specially, I have recently lost my hero and inspiring soul, my lovely Mother after a long fight with a rare disease. From her I got the strength and to her I will dedicate each success, empowering my self and others.
I belive in Human connection. So all kinds of support beside funding is needed, advice(help my campaign), networking (spread the word and company sponsering) and alternatives (accomodation and flights).
As an entrepreneure, co-founder, and vice president in my student union I am empowering people and ideas.
I know how much diffrence one person can do to another and that's why I will be more than thankfull for your help and your proof of how help matters.
