Dyma gyfle anhygoel i’r gymuned brynu Post Tanygrisiau a’i atgyweirio fel fflat i bobl leol, siop a chaffi bach. Dychmygwch ganol Tanygrisiau yn llawn bywyd unwaith eto!

Rydym bellach gyda chynlluniau pensaer, caniatâd cynllunio, cynllun busnes a brand cryf. Mae angen eich help chi i sicrhau’r cam nesaf - sef perchnogi’r adeilad.

Mae rhai yn dweud bod Tanygrisiau ar ei lawr ond mae’r gymuned yn mynnu dyfodol ffyniannus i’n pentref - gan gychwyn gyda sefydlu cartref i berson neu deulu lleol a gofod a busnes byrlymus i’r gymuned, gan y gymuned, reit yn ganol y pentref. Gyda’ch help chi medrwn wneud hyn.

Er mwyn sicrhau benthyciad o £90K i brynu’r adeilad rydym angen codi o leiaf £12K fel gwarant y byddwn yn gallu talu’r llog ar y benthyciad am y ddwy flynedd gyntaf.

Wrth gwrs os medrwn godi mwy na 12K mae hynny’n gwell byth gan fydd yn golygu gallwn fenthyg llai yn lle cyntaf. Ond beth bynnag a ddaw rydym angen hel y 12K i sicrhau’r Post i’r gymuned unwaith ac am byth.

Medrwch chi fod yn rhan o hyn drwy gyfrannu gymaint ag sy’n bosib heddiw (bydd bob ceiniog yn helpu!). Diolch o waelod calon am eich cefnogaeth.

Unwaith mae’r Post dan berchnogaeth y gymuned medrwn sicrhau grantiau (mae profiad gwneud hyn o fewn y pwyllgor) i’w atgyweirio. Ond mae’n rhaid inni ei berchnogi yn gyntaf. Meddyliwch, dim ond £12K sydd angen ei hel i sicrhau’r adnodd yma i’r gymuned. Byddwch yn rhan o ddyfodol cyffrous i’n pentref drwy cyfrannu be fedrwch chi heddiw!

Helpwch hefyd drwy rannu'r ddolen i gyfrannu gyda chymaint o bobl a fedrwch.

Dyma mwy o fanylion am Fenter Nyth y Gigfran a’r cynllun ariannu.

Beth yw Menter Nyth Y Gigfran?

Cwmni cymunedol cyfyngedig drwy warrant yw Menter Nyth Y Gigfran. Sefydlwyd y Fenter yn 2024 wedi cyfarfod cyhoeddus orlawn yn Nhanygrisiau. Nod y Cwmni yw datblygu prosiectau i adfywio ardal ‘Nyth Y Gigfran’, sef Tanygrisiau, Glanypwll a Rhiw. Angharad, Ceri, Eleri, Erin, Holly, Gai, a Sara yw’r cyfarwyddwyr ar hyn o bryd. Mae croeso mawr i unrhyw un o’r gymuned cyfrannu at weithgarwch y cwmni. Rydym yn cynnal Cyfarfod Cyffredinol yn flynyddol, dewch yn llu i hwnnw!

Sut rydym am ariannu prosiect y Post?

Rydym angen symud yn sydyn i berchnogi’r Post. Byddwn yn prynu’r post drwy fenthyciad gan CGGC (Cyngor Gweithredu Gwirfoddol Cymru neu Wales Council for Voluntary Action yn y Saesneg). Bydd cyfnod o ddwy flynedd (er mwyn inni sicrhau grantiau ar gyfer atgyweirio) cyn bydd rhaid inni gychwyn ad-dalu’r arian cyfalaf i’r CGGC ond bydd angen talu’r llog ar y benthyciad yn ystod y ddwy flynedd hyn. Mae’n rhaid inni hel 12K rŵan fel gwarant y byddwn yn gallu talu’r llog cyn y bydd yn bosib iddynt rhyddhau’r benthyciad o 90K inni. Unwaith mae’r Post dan berchnogaeth y Fenter rydym yn hyderus iawn y byddwn yn gallu sicrhau grantiau digonol i’w atgyweirio.

Pam Go Fund Me ac nid Cyfranddaliadau?

Rydym wedi sefydlu fel cwmni cyfyngedig er mwyn bod yn hyblyg fel Cwmni, un sy’n gallu manteisio ar gyfleoedd ac ymateb i anghenion yn y pentref fel y maent yn codi. Mae o hefyd yn sicrhau mynediad at ystod uwch o grantiau. Pe baem ni am godi cyfranddaliadau buasai’n rhaid inni sefydlu fel math gwahanol o gwmni a byddwn yn colli’r hyblygrwydd sy’n dod gyda bod yn gwmni cyfyngedig. Byddwn yn cyhoeddi diweddariadau o bob defnydd o’r arian caiff ei godi drwy Go Fund Me a bydd modd gweld ein cyfrifon blynyddol yn ystod y cyfarfod blynyddol. Os na lwyddwn i brynu’r Post byddwn yn ad-dalu eich cyfraniad.

Pam Fenter Gymunedol?

Mae cymunedau ledled Cymru bellach yn sicrhau ffyniant eu cymunedau drwy berchnogi asedau cymunedol. Os fedra'r holl gymunedau hyn gwneud pam ddim Tanygrisiau, Rhiw a Glanypwll?

There is an amazing opportunity for the community to buy Post Tanygrisiau and renovate it as a flat for local people, a shop and a small cafe. Imagine the middle of Tanygrisiau full of life once again!

We now have architect plans, planning permission, a business plan and a strong brand. We need your help to secure the next step - buying the building.

Some say that Tanygrisiau isn't what it used to be but we believe in a vibrant future for our village - starting with establishing a home for a local person or family and a space and business for the community, by the community, right in the centre of the village. With your help we can do this.

In order to secure a loan of £90K to buy the building we need to raise at least £12K as a guarantee that we will be able to pay the interest on the loan for the first two years.

Of course if we can raise more than 12K that is even better as it will mean we can borrow less in the first place. But whatever happens we need to raise the 12K to secure the Post for the community once and for all.

Once we own the Post as a community we can secure grants (there is experience of doing this within the committee) to renovate it. But we have to own it first. What is the Menter Nyth y Gigfran?

Menter Nyth Y Gigfran is a community company limited by guarantee. The initiative was established in 2024 after a full public meeting in Tanygrisiau. The company's aim is to develop projects to regenerate the 'Nyth Y Gigfran' area, namely Tanygrisiau, Glanypwll and Rhiw. Angharad, Ceri, Eleri, Erin, Holly, Gai, and Sara are the directors at the moment. Anyone from the community is very welcome to contribute to the company's activity. We hold an Annual General Meeting every year, please do come to that!

How do we intend to fund the project?

We need to move quickly to buy the Post. We will buy the Post through a loan from the WCVA (Wales Council for Voluntary Action). There will be a period of two years (in order for us to secure grants for repairs) before we will have to start repaying the capital money to the WCVA but the interest on the loan will need to be paid during these two years. We need to raise 12K as a guarantee that we will be able to pay the interest before they will release the loan of 90K to us. Once the Post is owned by the community we are very confident that we will be able to secure the grants needed to renovate it.

Why Go Fund Me and not a Share Offer?

We have set ourselves up as a community company limited by guarantee in order to be flexible as a company, one that can take advantage of opportunities and respond to needs in the village as they arise. It also ensures access to a higher range of grants. If we wanted to raise shares we would have to set up as a different type of company and we would lose the flexibility that comes with being a company limited by guarantee. We will publish updates on how the money raised through Go Fund Me is being spent and it will be possible to see our annual accounts during the annual meeting. If we are unable to purchase the Post we will refund your contribution.

Why Community Enterprise?

Communities across Wales are now securing their future by owning community assets. If all these communities can do it why not Tanygrisiau, Rhiw and Glanypwll?
