Help Vietnam Veteran get home

My dad is stuck in a Bali hospital and can't get back to Australia, his travel insurance company Cover More declined his claim after they took $900 from my parents for travel insurance. They have trolled through his medical records for 3 days and have come up with a loophole and now won't help my gravelly I'll dad home to Perth Australia. I hope you will be able to help me with my plight to get him home before he dies in a foreign country.
