Please help!

Just another ordinary day commuting to work. I spotted a dog on the shoulder of 95. I pulled over and was afraid she would run into traffic but took the chance. She hopped right into my police car. I took her to my school while I tried to figure out my next move. Every no kill shelter I called is full. I don’t want to chance her going to a shelter that will euthanize her. I feel like she was brought into our lives for a reason. She is here with us right now. She is 12 years old. She recently had puppies. There’s a scar on her neck from being chained up. She has really bad ear infections. We actually thought she was deaf at first but it is just because her ears were so bad. She has possible cancerous tumors and skin tags on her. This girl was “shot” also and still has bullet fragments in her.  She had bloodwork done but we won’t have the results until next week. Turns out that she has a microchip but when the animal hospital called suddenly the woman that answered said wrong number and hung up. First vet visit was $400. Second visit was $1600. We really want to give her the proper care she needs but a few months ago our other dog needed some medical attention and we have a large amount charged on our Care Credit right now. This dog is an absolute sweetheart despite the way she was mistreated. She is friendly, gentle and great with our our other dogs.  If you could help we would really appreciate it! She deserves to live the rest of her life being treated the way she deserves!
