Felipe Moran is a Probation/Parole Officer in District 4, Boise. Today, heaven gained a little angel when Felipe’s daughter passed away. If there’s one thing I know, it was that his love for Liliana was endless! Although she was just the tender age of 1, she touched many peoples hearts.
