Help Josh and Sarah Compton

Josh and Sarah Compton are a sweet young couple. Josh is a fun loving, jokester who has never met a stranger. Sarah is a sweet songbird with a giving heart just starting her second year of nursing school. They are both full of aspirations, goals and love for one another. On September 12th, 2020, the unexpected hit. While spending time with family out of town, Josh started experiencing some chest pain. He thought he’d pulled a muscle, but by the next day he couldn’t get out of bed due to the pain. Josh went to a local ER and was told that he just had pneumonia and needed to go home to rest. When he arrived home, Sarah knew something was wrong: Josh was screaming in pain. Sarah quickly drove him to another ER where the staff found that Josh, in his mid-30s, had a pulmonary embolism. If he had stayed home, like he was originally advised, he could have died. After long and terrifying nights of excruciating pain, high fevers, multiple tests, including two negative COVID tests, Josh is now on the mend and is hoping to go home soon. However, the end is not quite in sight. Without health insurance, their medical bills are mounting. Josh’s monthly medication alone will be $600. This hardworking couple would be more than appreciative for your help, but they especially covet your prayers.
