Hi, my name is Aliyah , and I’m creating this GoFundMe for my childhood best friends family Lindsey, Mike, Charlie and Jackson. after a devastating flood in Burlington, Washington destroyed their home.

The flood came through quickly and left nothing untouched. Nearly everything inside the house was lost—furniture, clothing, and irreplaceable keepsakes collected over a lifetime. Family photos, memories, and personal items are gone.

Even more heartbreaking, they are still unable to find their two cats, who were inside the home when the flooding occurred. We are holding onto hope, but the uncertainty has been incredibly painful for their family.

Right now, Lindsey, Mike, Charlie and Jackson are starting over from nothing. Funds raised will help with immediate needs such as temporary housing, basic necessities, replacing essential household items, and any recovery costs not covered by assistance or insurance.

As water has subsided they still have so much to do before there home is livable again.
