Help The I'Anson Family
On the 14th August, just one week after his Mother's birthday, our dear Shayde's struggle for life become too much and devestatingly at the young age of 25 years, he took his own life; one week shy of his 26th birthday; one month after the death of his beloved Grandfather...
A little history. Shayde was born in 1990 to Pommy and Julie, the second cherished son of four. When Shayde was aged 5, Julie & Pommy had confirmed by Doctors and Paediatricians that young Shayde suffered from high functioning Autism. For many years, Shayde struggled with all forms of communication and behaviour management. Most of the time, he was friendly, warm, incredibly shy and so very funny. The constant laughs and comedy he provided was uplifting. The other times, he was frustrated, angry, upset and felt completely misunderstood. As a family that loved him, we saw the very best of Shayde and at times the worst. Through all of the good, bad and angry times Julie, Pommy and his brothers never gave up on Shayde. As years went on, he developed an extremely close relationship with his Mum and together they created a formidable team and this provided an incredible balance for him. For 22 years of Shayde's 25 years of life, they manged very well together; Shayde learning to cope with his disabilities without Government assistance or programs.
In the last 3 years of his young life, Shayde was relentlessly bullied, picked on and ridiculed online in addition to being physically tormented and beat on by old high school peers. Despite Police involvement on numerous occasions over 3 years NOTHING was done to protect Shayde. He presented to local emergency department with self-harm, screaming for help and desperate for a hand, remebering his complete lack of communication skills. He was stitched up and and after an hour turned away. One month later...he was dead. Sadly, the second of Julie and pommy's Son's to pass away. Tarron, Julie's forth Son died at the same hospital born stillborn after a doctor error ruptured Julie's placenta months early. Julie and Pommy are now left to pick up the peices of broken hearts, shattered souls and extremly strained finances. In addition to this already difficult time, the family have now been evicted from the rental they were living in because the owners need to move back in by the end of November 2016. If ever there was a family in desperate need of a helping hand... it is this family. Please give whatever you can spare and if you can't afford it, please SHARE, SHARE, SHARE to hopefully bring some comfort and peace of mind to this deserving family. Thank you and much love xxx
