Help Taylor Finish Medical School!

Hello!
 
As you know I am currently in my final year of medical school and what a journey it has been! In January 2012 I set sail for Dominica in the West Indies and took the first steps in becoming a physician.


The dream of being a doctor is one that I developed very early on while working in my grandfather’s clinic and continued as I earned an Honours Bachelor Degree in Life Science. This Fall I begin the 10th and FINAL semester of medical school. As you can imagine this process has been long and rewarding but also very expensive.


As a Canadian, we rely primarily on personal bank loans to cover tuition, textbooks, examination fees, housing, and transportation for all 10 semesters. However, there is a limit to the amount that can be borrowed and this falls short of the tremendous cost of the entire program.


That is why I am here. I am hoping friends and family might be able to help in any way they can. Tuition is roughly $23,000 American a semester alone. I do not expect to raise that here but appreciate anything you can donate to help me continue to pursue my dream.
