Rising from the ashes, help support the Shiffletts

Hunter, Ashley and Heidi Shifflet lost their home to a house fire on March 5th. Please help us support the family during this difficult time, if you are not able to give a monetary donation at this time, please share and say a prayer for them as they do their best to pick up the pieces and heal. They were alerted to the fire by smoke detector and were able to safely exit the house through the bedroom window with their dogs. Heidi thankfully was spending the night with grandma. Please pray for her parents as they will have to explain to their 3 year old that she cannot go home. 

If you know the Shifflet family, you already know how genuine this family is. I can’t imagine what they are feeling right now to have lost everything they own, but everything happens for a reason and soon enough it will all just be a memory in the taillights. I am so thankful for them getting out safely, materialistic things can be replaced but they cannot be! Unfortunately they are going to need those materialistic things very soon though...they lost everything but the clothes on their backs...Please remember this family before you donate to Goodwill or when you are out & about buying new household items, clothes, kids toys etc. Maybe you could pick up a few things for them or purchase a gift card for them. Mom is currently in medium and large maturnity clothes. 10 or 12 women’s pants. Dad wears XL shirts and 40/30 pants or 38/30. Daughter wears 4T clothes. She is currently 6 months pregnant with a boy. 38D bra. Large men’s boxers. Women’s 9.5 shoe. Men’s 11.5/12 shoe. Toddler 8 shoe

(I am best friends with Ashley and will be withdrawing the funds and delivering them via check towards the end of March)
