Help Support Chuck Dawson

On Tuesday June 11, 2019 Chuck received the unfortunate diagnosis of stomach cancer. Chuck has been there for all of us throughout our lives and now he needs our help. We have yet to learn just how advanced this cancer is but we do know that Chuck has a hard battle ahead of him. As you all know this means that he will have multiple doctor appointments as well as surgery and other treatments he will require in the near future. Although he does have insurance not even close to everything will be covered. He will have multiple hospital bills with no way to pay for them. At this time he also does not have any form of transportation to get him to and from the appointments he will need to go to. We are asking for any donation you may be willing to give to help cover the cost of medical bills and to possibly allow him to get some form of a vehicle to make it easier for him to get to his appointments. Every penny helps.
