Help “Sunny” Get Strong!

Dear friends,
This beautiful, sweet Sun Conure was found in West Seattle at 3pm on Tuesday, May 1st and needs your help! I found her outside in the brisk cold on the ground, very weak and hungry. As I approached her she hopped right onto my finger, crawled up my arm and snuggled right into my neck. Such a lovely, affectionate bird! From a neighbor's report, it sounded as if she had been out since sighted early that morning.
"Sunny" is safe now, but is very compromised and in need of medical attention to help get her strength back. She is currently in foster care in the generous and capable hands of Suzanne Krom from Pampered Parrot Behavior Coaching & Boarding in West Seattle, http://pamperedparrotboarding.com/. We're asking for your donations, large or small, to help cover veterinary expenses and medicine. We don't have the exact amount yet but are estimating the bills will total around $450. Anything over that is not used for bills will be donated to Zazu's House Parrot Sanctuary.
