Sugar's Emergency Spinal Surgery

Last night, Katelyn's sweet little fur baby, Sugar, had to undergo emergency spinal surgery. On Wednesday, May 8, Sugar ruptured a disc while playing, causing her to lose motor function in her hind legs. Over the course of 24 hours her condition worsened and emergency surgery was performed to hopefully prevent further damage that could cause loosing full function of her legs. 

At the moment, Katelyn is looking at $10,000+ in medical bills for Sugar. Her road to recovery is long and the final result is unclear. If you know Katelyn, or are a client at Aqua, you know how much Sugar means to her and everyone else in the Aqua Family. Sugar is an active and spritely pup and this news has been devastating for Katelyn. She is staying positive that Sugar will recover some functionality and that she can soon be back to her playful, spirited self.
