The go fund me has changed, as I am facing a difficult time and being sent to another country after not being able to hold up a job for a day.
after being diagnosed with HIV following a sexual assault, and just two weeks ago, I was diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism—dangerous blood clots in my lungs and heart. Without insurance, I can't afford the medication I need, which is very expensive. Because I couldn't get the medication outside the hospital, my blood clot grew larger, and I was hospitalized in the neuro ICU. Thankfully, I was sent home with a limited supply of medication, but my health is still fragile. I started a job june 14th, but had to leave early due to heart pain and dizziness. My mom has decided to kick me out after losing that job to send me to africa, so my living situation is unstable. I have a beautiful black cat who means the world to me, and I want to be able to make sure i can afford vet shots, medication, food litter and a whole new setup for him that he will need when we leave. I don't really matter as much as he matters to me.
The funds from this GoFundMe will help me pay for life-saving medication, have the means to travel around africa and find a doctor for my meds, and help me secure a safe, affordable life for myself and my cat in this new enviroment. I am doing my best to work and stay positive, but I need help to get through this.
