Simini is a 37 year old wife, and mother of 2 young boys who is currently living in a rented house and struggling to pay her day to day expenses. Her family currently does not own a house or any land of their own.
The local government in Idukki, Kerala will help Simini and family by providing funds for her family to build a one bedroom house in the condition that she possesses at least 5 cent of land.
Simini suffers from an autoimmune disorder which has caused her to lose function in both kidneys. She is currently unable to work and needs regular treatment for her condition. Her husband is employed for a daily wage which is not a stable income nor can it cover their current day to day expenses.
