Our Mom , Wife, Friend and sister Sima Avraham needs our HELP.
Recently she was Diagnosed with stage 4 Small Cell Lung Cancer. Sima is THE mother of the entire community, her true smile and kindness brings all of us together. She is and has been always the ringleader in the family. She usually is the one that makes all of the arrangements for Holiday gatherings, vacations,and trips. This time however, It is not the case . Her illness is taking all of us down a path that none of God's children should ever have to walk.
God knows it is so very hard to watch your own mother suffering so much it is extremely stressful, painful, expensive and heartbreaking for everyone. I guess cancer has it's own union. The chemotherapy makes her very weak and sick she is unable to work and function normally. Doctors have given her a few months to live and we are fighting to keep her with us.
She can really use our help right now. I know how wonderful, caring, and giving you all are and would appreciate you sending your prayers and support to Sima and her family. Thank you very much.

לאחרונה היא אובחנה עם שלב 4 סרטן הריאות. סימה היא האמא של כל הקהילה, החיוך האמיתי שלה והחסד מביא את כולנו יחד. היא הינה ותמיד היתה מנהיגת המשפחה. היא בדרך כלל זו שמאחדת את כל המשפחה והקהילה, ובחגים היא זו שלוקחת על עצמה לארח כל אחד ואחד בביתה . לעולם לא משאירה אחד רעב או בודד. הפעם לעומת זאת, זה לא המקרה. מחלתה לוקחת את כולנו במורד שביל שאף אחד מהילדים של אלוהים אי פעם צריך ללכת.
אלוהים יודע שזה כל כך קשה לצפות באמא שלך סובלת כל כך הרבה. זה מלחיץ מאוד, כואב וקורע לב לכולם. אני מניחה שהסרטן יש דרך משלו. כימותרפיה גורמת לה חולשה גדולה הקאות וכאב עז, שהיא אינה מסוגלת לעבוד ולתפקד כרגיל. רופאים נתנו לה חודשים ספורים לחיות ואנחנו נלחמים כדי לשמור אותה איתנו.
היא באמת יכולה להשתמש בעזרה של כולם עכשיו. אני יודעת כמה נפלא, אכפתי, ונותן כל אחד ואחת מכם. אני מעריכה כל תפילה ותמיכה שאתם שולחים לכיוון אמא/ סימה .
