Help Sharon Beat Cancer

Donation protected
My wife Sharon acquired breast cancer three years ago and underwent a surgical procedure that was supposed to stop the cancer... Last week she was told it was back and that she needs a double mastectomy. This news was devastating to us both, it's hit me like a ton of bricks and my heart aches. Sharon will be faced with major surgery May 18th, then full time care at home from myself and visiting nurses, then on to reconstructive surgeries later in June, as the love of my life fights for her own life and dignity.

People that already know about this are asking what they can do? Is there anything we need? And the answer is simple there is little anyone can do for us at home, we have insurance, we have surgeons, she has a husband and she has a local support group of friends to assist with daily household tasks.  But...As her husband and knowing her oh so well...What Sharon really needs is to know the children in her non-profit organization, Daisy's Children, will still be eating meals and getting medical help as needed during her fight for her own life. Sharon needs all our connections, mine and hers to open their hearts and wallets to donate to her program in any amount that you can afford to celebrate Sharon's life and your friendship, love and support for what she has done in a lifetime of giving to others. Sharon has given so much of her love and her life to so many people, from local community fundraisers for families right here in our neighborhoods to the children in far away places, like Guatemala, India and Honduras in need of food, water, education and medical assistance, the list of all she has done for others is so long that I can't possibly write it all down.

So please.. If you can help ease this part of Sharon's worries so she can concentrate on her own healing without worrying about the work she simply can not do because of her cancer surgery, which was to continue to do fundraisers to feed a village of children and also build a roof on the building her program started last summer for the children's nutrition center, please share this page with your friends and churches to come to the call of this need, so that my wife will concentrate on herself for once in her life because we all need her to win her battle with cancer and to continue her mission of helping others when she is healed again.
