(Secure The Kid) Help Me Help The Youth

Hello good people my name is Eric Frye, I’m from the inner city of Pittsburgh Pa. I have recently graduated from Clarion University with a bachelors degree. I volunteer my time in my community, local schools and various neighborhoods on the importance of education. My goal is to develop a youth center focused on education, career building, and preparing for college. I was blessed with an opportunity to teach in the Pittsburgh Public School District this past year. What an amazing experience, bringing me one step closer to my long term goal. I also want to raise enough money so I can take, a group of middle and high school students on multiple college visits every year.Many inner-city kids don’t have the opportunity or chance to leave there environment.


Teens in our inner-cities face many challenges that hinder their ability to be successful, productive citizens. This is further affected by a lack of accessible quality programming and overall support. “Secure the kid”will strive to become one of the top  youth development centers in Pittsburgh .With your support and helping hands, I will be one step closer to demonstrating our dedication to our communities and kids.
