This GoFund Me account was made for Sebastian Diaz. A year and a half ago, Sebastian married my best friend Joanna Diaz in Port Charlotte, FL. I couldn’t have picked a better person for her. He is one of the kindest, compassionate, hard working, and positive people I know. After marrying, they soon moved to Katy, Texas to start their life together.
After returning from Florida after Christmas for a visit to family, Sebastian had a biopsy done on a lump he found on the left side of his neck shortly after Thanksgiving. After his results returned, it was discovered Sebastian was to be diagnosed with Stage 3 testicular cancer. The cancer had spread to his lymph nodes in his neck resulting in the lump at the time of his diagnosis. He has since begun his treatment at MD Anderson Cancer Treatment Center in Houston, Texas—one of the best in the country.
The couple has been working very hard at their jobs the past year they have lived in Texas. Due to Sebastian’s treatments, they will both need to take time off in the coming months and the medical bills are already beginning to mount for them. They’re some of my best friends in the world and I am trying to offer as much support as I can for them 2,000 miles away. If you can spare any amount to help with medical bills, you are an answer to many prayers. If you cannot spare, it is 100% understood! However, if you can pass this message along to others, that would be greatly appreciated. Please help Sebastian in his fight! We know he can do it!
