Help Scout Heal

Scout is a 3 year old rescue pit bull mix who didn’t have the best start in life. At just a few weeks old, covered in fleas and with a deformed front leg, she was dropped off at our local city run shelter. Thankfully a group of angels stepped in and got Scout the care that she needed and she’s grown into a 60 pound ball of love. A few months ago, we noticed that she was favoring her back leg. Thinking she just played the wrong way, we didn’t think anything of it. Come to find out after 3 different vets and $3,000 in medical bills, she has completely torn her cruciate ligament.
