My name is Carly Zamani. I am a friend and loan officer for Dane and Shannon Zisa. I’d like to humbly request a few minutes of your time to explain why I am writing to you today.
On June 2, 2019 the Zisa family simply went for a bike ride. They were hit by a drugged and uninsured driver and tragically their 17-month-old daughter, Adalyn, passed away. Dane suffered a traumatic brain injury and poor Shannon laid awake and with a severe broken leg and concussion on the sidewalk unable to get to her family. Shannon was a stay at home mother and now resides in a hotel across the street from the hospital where her husband requires round the clock care. She walks daily with her walker across the street to be with the only family she has left.
Via the power of social media, funds have already been raised to assist this family. However, the medical bills continue to pile up. Dane is being transferred to a neurological center that would give him the best shot at recovery, but it is expensive. The hotel bill continues to increase, and their personal finances now weigh heavily on her mind daily. Dane may never be able to work again. Stress, anxiety and PTSD get to Shannon daily causing her regular collapse. Their road is long, dark and exhausting. The funds raised (in excess of $100k) have already been depleted.
I have decided to make it my mission to help this family pay off their mortgage. I am begging you and those you know to assist me. Whatever amount you can offer would tremendously contribute to the future this family faces. They have not been back to their home where Adalyn’s fingerprints paint the sliding glass doors and her pink baby nursery sits empty with her toys. I have offered to donate 100% of my commissions on any refinance or purchase loans that are done for this family.
