About nine months ago, my mom, Jung Kang was diagnosed with stage 4 lung and brain cancer. She was given less than a year to live and was told to enjoy the remaining time of her life.
Doctors recommended to put her on chemo drugs and radation therapy immediately. But after months of treatment, her health gradually declined.
Recently, MRI results showed that the cancer had spread into the spinal cord. If not treated, mom will eventually become paralyzed and live in a lot of pain for the rest of her life.
After much research, we found a medical center, Utopia Wellness (http://www.utopiawellness.com) that takes on a holistic approach to cancer, which involves innovative therapies and procedures focused on restoring the whole health of the body.
We would need around 35k to take mom to Utopia Wellness.

Even in a 78 pound body, mom is still battling cancer like a trooper and has a strong will to survive.
