Help Save Allison’s Life Against Cancer

Allison's Support Squad is organizing this fundraiser

On Thursday, February 24, 2022 Allison was rushed to Urgent care where she was quickly admitted for having serious symptoms of headache, fatigue, dizziness, cough, a limp hand, shortness of breath, and a host of other serious symptoms. She was also monitored and treated in isolation to keep breathing. After having multiple tests done including a CT scan, PET scan, and a 4D MRI we found out that Allison's cancer has metastasized and spread to her brain and to her lungs. We've set up this fund to help save Allison's life. She is facing some really tough times. We need for her to fight cancer and we don't want her to have to worry about money. She needs our support more than ever! ❤️

If you know Allison you know that she loves to smile, laugh loudly, and spread love. She loves everyone. Our goal is to keep her alive, smiling, laughing, and we need her goodness in this world.  To know her is to love her. We want her to know that she is not alone and all of us have her back. This fund will cover out-of-pocket expenses, hospital bills, medicine, brain radiation, surgery, more chemotherapy, special services, treatments, and the loss of income in the weeks and months ahead with her fight against cancer.

Please join me in contributing to help ease her long journey through cancer. She is literally fighting for her life. We want her to feel supported and loved the same way that she always shows us, love. The generosity and kindness will show her how much we really care and that we are fighting for her.

On December 31, 2019 (New Year's Eve) Allison felt a lump on her breast while feeling sick and resting in bed. It was precisely midnight (New Year's Day). She immediately knew that something wasn't right. On February 22, 2020, a biopsy confirmed three words, "You have cancer." A forever life-changing illness that she, her family, and her friends were faced with.

Allison has been diagnosed with a very aggressive form of cancer, "triple-negative breast cancer" in 2020 (during Covid). In March 2020, cancer spread to her lymph nodes. She had to start chemotherapy a week later. She almost lost her life due to an allergic reaction to the chemotherapy. During solid doses of chemotherapy, the tumor grew. The Surgeons performed a rushed, single mastectomy, and the Radiologists administered very potent radiation treatments. In September 2021, Allison started breast reconstruction. A very extensive DIEP Flap surgery was done. She still has a long way to go… Allison is optimistic that better days are ahead despite all of the pain, side effects and harsh reality.

Our dear friend Allison hasn't been feeling well for years. We all thought that her symptoms were related to grief from her oldest son losing his life. But with her strength, support system, and strong faith, she knows that her son is in a better place resting peacefully.

Allison's health is declining, we know that she can beat cancer and we have the power to help her. Let's help her. No amount is too small. We appreciate anything that you can give. Peace and eternal love always!!! ❤️
