Help Sandy And Greg Heal

Dear Family and Friends,
I know many of you have followed myself, (Mia Hagin) My mother (Sandy Brown Glassford) and my step father (Greg Glassford) on Facebook so you know about what has happened to both of them this past year. For those of you who may not know let me give you a quick recap....
My mother (Sandy Brown Glassford) had a stroke a year ago which then was followed by several falls resulting in back surgery, ankle surgery. The Lord has been faithful in her healing and turning these situations right side up! My mother was bouncing back to the “Sandy Brown Evangelist” we all know and love!
Then suddenly her Husband Greg Glassford started having some alarming problems which resulted in several ambulance rides to the hospital. Greg was diagnosed with Heart disease (Hypotrophic Cardiomyopathy with branch blockage and a aortic Aneurysm). This situation escalated one evening when Greg started to have some chest pains and became dizzy causing Him to take an unexpected fall in their home. This fall resulted in a severe subdural hematoma in his brain.
The days and nights at this point seem to all run together. Greg was urgently transferred by ambulance from St. Francis South to St. Francis main where he would have a Neurosurgeon do a craniotomy to remove the egg sized blood clot.
The night before Gregs surgery my mother (Sandy) was helping her husband and she took a fall in his hospital room and ended up in emergency room with a spiral break to her left arm.
All I could think at that moment is “How is this possible”? Seriously CRAZY to have so many things hitting our family at one time!
I had just gotten home from the hospital and I received the call that I needed to turn around and go back to the hospital because my mom (Sandy) was in ER with a broken arm.
I knew immediately I needed to pray! I can assure you that I shook hell and reached the throne of heaven in prayer all the way back to the hospital!
My mother was admitted into the hospital the day before her husband had brain surgery.
Since that night my family has seen GOD move mountains! Both Sandy and Greg have had the BEST Doctors and Nurses! St. Francis really went out of their way to accommodate My mom giving her a hospital room right across the hall from her husband! (My FEET I can assure you were thankful). We have seen Gods faithfulness everyday in big and little ways.
Which brings us to Today...
Greg and Sandy are both faced with being completely home bound for a period of time. Neither are allowed to drive. Greg is in need of rehabilitation since having brain surgery and he will not be able to work for at least 6 months. My mother has not been able to travel and minister for a year as shes been recovering from a stroke and 2 surgeries and now her broken arm.
Both Greg and Sandy are in need of HELP!
Presently my husband Craig and myself along with Gregs grown Children are having to care for our parents FULL-Time and when I say FULL Time I mean... Around the clock.
Financially Greg and Sandy have nothing coming in for support right now. No pay checks or any financial support. Neither are able to work. Craig and I have had to cover my parents (Greg and Sandy’s) living expenses and keep their utilities turned on for a couple months. We have recently hit our Max financially. Their mortgage is over due, this months utilities will be due along with car payment, insurance and all the additional medical bills.
We have consulted with home healthcare in getting assistance which they both need along with Greg’s Rehabilitation and physical therapy 2-3 days a week. Also looking into meal on wheels and someone to help check in on them as they live in Wagoner, Oklahoma.
As I was praying today for my mother and Greg. I kept hearing Romans 8:28 “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.”
Sandy and Greg LOVE GOD and both have been called, anointed to his purpose. Sandy and Greg have 50 years of ministry between them. My mother has given her entire life to evangelizing our world! I have seen thousands upon thousands come to know Christ through her obedience to go into all the world and evangelize! Greg was my youth pastor at Victory Christian Center growing up. He has also reached thousands of teens and people through his obedience to God in preaching and singing.
I share all these things with you because I know that this is an attack from Satan to try and take these two out before their races our finished!
I believe that when one of our own get wounded in battle that we ALL must rally around one another and be an extension of Our Gods healing power. We NEED TO BE THERE FOR ONE ANOTHER!
Sandy, Greg and our family need relief from this financial burden right now. Sandy and Greg need time to heal and come back in STRENGTH to finish their race!
I’m asking on behalf of Greg and Sandy and our entire family that if you are able to give a gift of ANY AMOUNT will you PLEASE GIVE NOW. I’m praying we can raise enough to cover their living expenses and get them the medical and in home care they need for 6 months. Please agree with me. By all of us being extensions of our GODS hands we WILL SEE HIS PLAN WIN!
