Help Sam Get a Wheelchair Accesible Van

Sam has had a rough year to say the least. She had a major multiple sclerosis relapse due to a new MS medication that we were all hoping would make her better. She was then hospitalized for 1 month in July 2018. During that month her husband of 10 years asked for a divorce leaving her a single disabled mother.
I flew in from California to be her caretaker for the next 3 months until we could get her surgery to relieve the spasticity in her legs. She then spent 1 month in rehab trying to get back on her feet.
After returning home we found out earlier this year that Dr. Burt at Northwestern University would agree to see her for possible human stem cell treatment. In -30 degree weather Sam and I flew out to Chicago last month only to be told that stem cells would not be in her future and that she is also in the progressive state of her long 10 year battle with multiple sclerosis.
Positive news is that she has a beautiful 5 year old daughter Sawyer, a new MS Doctor, in Dr. Rose the best in the state of Utah and will soon be taking a new MS medication.
The last puzzle piece is to help her regain independence by giving her the option of leaving the house on her own. Something she hasn't been able to do for the past 2 years. She currently doesn't have a vehicle and found a great wheelchair accessible van that would allow her to do this. She would like to take her daughter to simple activities such as school, church and play dates without feeling like a burden.

The $5,000 goal is for the van downpayment so she can afford the monthly payments for her wheelchair accessible van.
