A New Chapter: Building Peace on My Terms

Donation protected
Overview
After years of investing time, labor, and love into a home that was never mine in name, I’m moving forward—on my own terms. This fund will support a clean transition into a space rooted in clarity, calm, and true independence.

The Story:
I’m Ryan. I’m an educator, artist, and wellness professional—and for years, I’ve balanced multiple careers while working to build a stable future for myself. I was told the house I was investing in would be mine. I believed it. I poured in money, time, and care. I maintained it. I managed it. I built a life inside it.

But the truth is, I was building on borrowed ground.

Without legal ownership or reimbursement for my investments, I’ve had to make a difficult and necessary choice:
  • To let it go.
  • To sell what I can.
  • To move forward.
  • To begin again—with peace as my priority, not pressure.

Why I’m Asking:
This isn’t a crisis appeal.
This is a clear, strategic ask for support during a life transition I’ve approached with thought, maturity, and deep reflection.

I’ve secured a new space to live—an apartment in Cheesman Park that offers autonomy, emotional clarity, and a new beginning. But I’ve had to sell nearly all of my belongings to make this move possible.

I’m not rebuilding out of scarcity. I’m rebuilding out of wisdom.

Your support will help cover:
  • Moving costs
  • Basic furniture and household needs
  • Recovery from unreimbursed property investments
  • Stabilization while continuing to serve as a teacher and community leader

Why It Matters:
You’re not just helping someone “start over.”
You’re investing in someone who’s consciously choosing healing over history.
You’re supporting someone who has shown up for others professionally, artistically, and emotionally—and who now needs support to show up fully for himself.

This is not about escaping hardship.
This is about claiming freedom with dignity.

If you’ve ever had to walk away from something that no longer served your growth, you know this feeling.

If you’ve ever had to choose yourself when others wouldn’t, you know this moment.

And if you’ve ever wanted to support someone who is choosing wholeness over obligation—this is your chance.

With Gratitude,
