On 06/11/23 my car was broken into. They tried to steal it, broke the window and messed up the ignition, making it not drivable. I’m a single mother having trouble paying monthly bills so I had to let my insurance lapse for the time being making this even harder. I have to come out of pocket to pay for the car, on top of being very behind on rent and other bills. It’s very difficult to handle emergencies as I’m living paycheck to paycheck and not even making close to the cost of living while raising Mia and helping Jada out as she is moving back to St.Louis in August.
