Help Raquel Fight Paralysis at Johns Hopkins

Her name is Raquel Pines Conway. (My wife.) The purpose of this GoFundMe is to get help with medical expenses and other costs so she can get treatment at Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, MD. It's one of the few top hospitals that specialize in Cervical Myelopathy (a degenerative condition of the spine that can cause paralysis; her's is from an old injury.)
Hopefully, they can help her using stem-cell, surgery, exosome injections, and solid physical therapy. Whatever it takes. Unfortunately, it is very costly and she needs your help.
- She fell 8 yrs ago and seriously damaged her neck and spine. She has had 2 spine surgeries as a result. Cervical disk replacements and Lumbar fusion. The degenerative condition associated with that has progressed gradually and she is now approaching paralysis. She suffers from muscle atrophy, scoliosis and tremors in different parts of the body. She is no longer independent and on disability. She needs help doing almost everything from walking/dressing to using bathroom/shower. She has been in the hospital more than 60 days for various health conditions in the past 2 years.
We are hopeful their treatments will stop the pain and improve her symptoms, strengthen the body and prevent near paralysis. She just needs to get there and see what they can do.
