Help Bring Pedro home!

Hello everyone,

The journey is long, and today, it’s especially painful. I’m heartbroken to share that my dear friend Pedro is being forced to return to Brazil. This came as a shock to all of us.

Pedro lived in my home for a while. I know his soul and his heart. He is kind, honest, and deeply caring. Unfortunately, as many of you have already heard, Pedro was detained by ICE and is now being transferred to a facility in Texas that many have described as inhumane. He doesn’t deserve this.

We are doing everything we can to help Pedro and his wife, Rebecca, rebuild their life back in Brazil. They need support financially and emotionally. They need funds to buy plane tickets, pack their belongings, and most importantly, bring their beloved dog, Thor, with them. This family is being torn apart, and we want to do everything possible to keep them together.

Please know: Pedro is not a criminal. He has followed every step of the process as best he could. And yet, we find ourselves in this devastating situation.
