Pal is the world's gentlest lap cat. He’s a 9-year-old boy with a gift for making anyone feel loved. Whether he’s curled up on a lap all afternoon, quietly “meowing” without a sound, or greeting the plumber like an old pal, Pal has a way of radiating warmth and calm wherever he goes.

Recently, Pal has taken quite ill. He's lost 25% of his body weight since January, has a swollen belly and may soon need euthanasia if he's doesn't get the care he needs. The vet has had trouble listening to his lungs at each visit because of his big loud purr - so we know he still has so much love to give.

Glasgow Pet Collective has contracted with a private vet who gives us excellent charity rates, so treatment will be as cost effective as possible. To help turn Pal's health around, we need to raise money for the following:

The total cost is around £800 (or £550 if dental surgery isn’t possible right now). Every pound brings us closer to getting Pal the treatment he needs so he can go back to doing what he does best — loving everyone, playing with his toys, and being the world’s most loyal lap cat.
