"Every day. Because you care. Because you heal. Because you're dedicated." These are the words that our mother lived by. She dedicated her life to helping others, and did so with 27 years of service as a Licensed Vocational Nurse. A nurse is what she always wanted to be, and she accomplished her dream, all the while raising three children by herself while working and studying for her license. She was astoundingly selfless, always caring, and would give to others to make them happy, to make sure they weren't hungry, to enrich their lives and make sure they were better off. Bringing joy to others made her happy. Knowing making a difference in her patients lives, and making sure her children were taken care of gave her purpose.

This past year when asked if there was any place she'd like to visit, any activity or new cuisine she'd like to try, she responded, "I was finally able to buy and own my own house, do the job I always wanted, and raise three wonderful kids. I accomplished everything I wanted in life. If God decides He wants me, if I die tomorrow, I'd be at peace."

I believe toward the end, she knew her time was coming. But she was always the type to think of herself second, never wanting to be a burden on anyone, and keeping her health status private. Her children wish to give her the proper service and send-off she deserves with the help of donations to help cover the cost.

She was an amazing person. She fulfilled her goals while on this earth. She is loved, she is missed, she is remembered.
