Help Nico Walk Again

I adopted Nico from the Columbia municipal shelter in 2008 when she was 4 months old. From that day on, she has been my best friend and I promised her I would give her the quality of life that she deserves.
Sadly, due to her genetic qualities, Nico suffers from severe hip dysplasia.
In May of 2012, Nico underwent her first hip surgery. After this surgery, I kept an eye on her 24/7. My bosses even allowed me to set up a space underneath my desk at work to let her stay during the day so I could keep up with her medication schedule and to make sure her wound healed properly. She recovered well & even began running again in September of this year.
Sadly, due to her severe hip dysplasia, Nico injured her other hip the beginning of October and is need of a second hip surgery. This time, the vet has stated she needs a full hip replacement. She currently cannot walk and is on a variety of medication to help her with her day to day pain until we can afford the surgery.
Her mommy unfortunately cannot afford the fee associated with the surgery at the time and is asking for help. Even the smallest amount can help Nico get her leg back again.
