Please Help Arnold and Sharon Get a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle for Ashley!

Hello, my name is Arnold. I'm 75 years old and my wife Sharon is 72. We both are retired and are the proud parents of our daughter Ashley, who is 35 years old. We are reaching out to ask for your help in getting a wheelchair-accessible vehicle so we can safely transport Ashley to her medical appointments and keep her at home with us, where she belongs.

Ashley's journey has been anything but easy. She began having seizures at just 6 months old and later contracted meningitis at the age of one. This led to a diagnosis of cerebral palsy, and she has been non-verbal ever since. Ashley now requires a feeding tube and has frequent hospital stays and ongoing medical needs.

When we were younger, we were able to lift Ashley in and out of our car for doctor's visits and hospital stays. But as we've gotten older, faced our own health challenges, and with both of us retired, it has become impossible for us to do so safely. We have both had multiple surgeries recently and our strength isn't what it used to be, yet our determination to care for Ashley at home has never been stronger.

A wheelchair-accessible vehicle would make an enormous difference in our lives. It would allow us to transport Ashley safely and comfortably, making her frequent hospital visits and appointments so much easier. Most importantly, it would help us keep her at home with her loving family, which means the world to us.
