I desperately need a kidney transplant and my family members are willing to be tested as donors.  My insurance will pay for their surgery but work loss is not covered.  I would like to make sure the donor is able to pay bills, buy groceries, and take care of their family.  Thank you for your consideration and willingness to help someone be a hero!
