Lovin' the St Romains
Donation protected
After a difficult 2018, we are once again asking for your support for the St. Romain family in 2019. Last June, Malcolm passed after a long battle with glioblastoma. This Go Fund Me was started to in April of 2018 to help cover the expenses of Malcolm's care in a skilled nursing and assisted living facility. Last year we were able to raise over $17,000 to cover his care.
As most of you know, Beth received a diagnosis of stage 4 lung cancer a few months before Malcolm passed. Despite never smoking and beginning treatment quickly, Beth’s cancer has advanced significantly since her diagnosis. She has been undergoing chemo treatments this Spring. Additionally, Beth and Malcolm’s son Trey is currently receiving treatment to aid in his substance recovery. Many of the costs of Beth and Trey’s medical treatment are not covered by insurance, including a recent unexpected $20,000 expense. Beth has been unable to work since being diagnosed with cancer in early 2018.
We hope to once again show the St. Romains the strength of their community through helping them in this time of need. Your donation will go toward supporting Trey’s inpatient treatment as well as Beth’s continued medical expenses. We are grateful for any contribution you can make to help this wonderful family through this difficult time.
