Minneapolis family whose dad was detained

ICE just took my neighbor, please help his family!

He’s diabetic and they’re not allowing family to get him his insulin and other critical medications. 

My name is Genevieve Roudané, I live in the Powderhorn neighborhood in South Minneapolis, and I'm raising funds for my neighbor whose husband was ripped away from her and their sons on Saturday morning. With her permission, I am asking for community to show up and donate to help cover legal fees and lost income while they try to rebuild.

This family has been in the US for decades, are hard workers and wonderful neighbors. They were the first family to welcome us to our new home, and they've always been there for my family to help jump our cars, share some of the delicious food they're grilling, and look out for us when we're out of town.

It is heartbreaking that this is happening to them. Please show them that our neighborhood, our city, has their back, and that they're not alone.

All funds will be given directly to the family.
