Meet Muhammad Abdeen. Although born with a congenital deformity in his left leg, he still managed to stand up for his family in the face of harrowing Bomb@rdments in his hometown of G@z@. And even when those bomb@rdments took the functionality away from his only working leg, he didn't give up.

Responsible for younger siblings and his mother at a young age, this laudable 21 year old beat the odds amidst the fire and brimestone that now litter the soils of his land. Armed with nothing but crude crutches and his university training, he managed to flee with his family to get medical help. But only was met with the promise of a future that needed to be bought and paid for.

With life-changing surgery, Mohammed can stand up on his two feet again and can truly protect his family.
