As you may know cancer is one of the leading diseases attacking our world today with 1 in 3 females diagnosed by the age of 85.
Due to the poor health system, crumbling economy and corruption prominent in Croatia's society these factors are directly linked to the doctors disregarding of symptoms and fairlure to undertake standard preliminary testing enabling possible preventative options which has lead to my grandmothers diagnosis of bowel cancer.
Where your donations will go:
As I am a full time student only able to work 3 days a week, sending most savings as monthly payments to support my poverished croatian relatives I am unable to afford return airfares to visit my grandmother and grandfather in Croatia before the saddening truth.
The goal amount will make payments for airfares and any excess amount after ticket purchase will go to support my family. Likewise if it is not reached any donation made is more than greatly appreciated, and will be sent along in addition to my monthly payments to elliminate the alluring scepticism of people using this service for self endulgant reasons.
