My brother turns 30 this November and I truly wish to give him a memorable celebration.

Long story short:

October of 2012 my body shut down with severe chronic fatigue (ME) alongside depression and anxiety. The last six years I’ve been confined to beds in nursing homes and hospitals. I've been so ill that at some point I was lying in a dark room with a diaper and an intravenous needle to keep me alive.

My brother has always been there for me. He was the one who gave me a fighting chance when he spent all his money, time and energy in search of the help I needed to get better. Because of him I am now in recovery and there’s only a matter of time before I can start studying and begin life again.
How do you say "thank you" for something like that?
We grew up in a poor family with mentally ill parents and were two of those kids who grew up too quickly. It's amazing to see him being so kind to the people around him and fixing everything for everyone, despite such a brutal start in life. My brother turns 30 this November and I truly wish to give him a memorable celebration.
Yes, I know it's the thought that counts, and I know he'll be happy either way. But I also know that if a hero ever existed he'd be one, and that human deserves a whole lot more than what I am financially capable of giving.

So, what do you say? Would you like to help me thank him by facilitating a worthy celebration?
Both gifts (anything helps), and ideas on how to celebrate him properly are deeply appreciated.

Thank you so much!

The very best of regards,
His little sister (Kamilla Andersen)
