Help me save Whispers life!

I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this. I am Amber, the loving owner of Whisper, my cat, who is currently in desperate need of medical assistance. So here I am, fundraising money to help save his life. In September, Whisper's normal weight was a whopping 22 lbs. My boyfriend and I broke up in October, and as a result, I moved into a new apartment. November came, and Whisper was acting unusual. During December Whisper was not eating, drinking, barely urinating or defecating for 7 days. I assumed he was not adapting well to his new home and decided to take him to see a veterinarian.
After countless visits and a ludicrous amount of money spent, they concluded only that his weight was severely dropping and that Whisper was anemic. They prescribed him an appetite stimulant. Two days later, his gums turned white and he almost went into septic shock. I was scared for his life and rushed him to the Emergency. This time the vet did not help in any way except by confirming that his weight was decreasing. More and more money was being spent yet they were not getting any closer to finding out what was happening with my poor Whisper.
By the time January came along, Whisper was essentially skin and bones, he experienced severe weight loss, had pale gums, was hardly eating and rarely went to his litter. His eyes were sunken into his skull, he appeared uncomfortable and frail. Whisper was in pain and undoubtedly getting closer to death. I again rushed him to the Emergency Hospital where they wanted to do numerous tests on him to figure out what exactly was going on. After two weeks of being in and out of the hospital and thousands of dollars later, they told me they think it is FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis). FIP is a coronavirus that is 100% fatal. They suggested that I euthanize him and told me to think about that option after every single visit. They finally received the laboratory results from the various tests confirming their FIP diagnosis. Only then did they notify me that there is a treatment available but that it is not yet FDA-approved in Canada.
GS-441524 is the new treatment for FIP/PIF that has been helping to save the lives of many cats. I received support from a Facebook Group and was introduced to the kindest humans on Planet Earth who helped me with getting the treatment and taught me how to do the injections.
I am now a proud owner of a FIP Survivor. Whisper is currently eating on his own, hydrates himself, urinates regularly and feels heavier. He even gave me a kiss today after three long, dreadful weeks. Tomorrow is day 5 of injections, we have 79 more days to go. The treatment is 100$ per vial, and each vial is 1.5 doses for him.
If you have made it to this sentence, I thank you for taking the time to read Whisper's story.
Any amount helps. Whisper and I THANK YOU!
