Help a Queer Black teen leaving a toxic home

I am a 18 year old black queer teen who recently left a toxic home and I need help with gaining secure housing. The money would go towards groceries, a bus pass, phone bill and rent for the next two months.  Anything amount you can donate would be greatly appreciated and a huge help.
