Mavis has been by my side through so much, and now she needs help. Recently, I discovered a lump on her, and I fear it could be cancer. Her veterinarian has recommended surgery as soon as possible. The thought of losing her is overwhelming, especially after losing her mother to cancer in 2024. Mavis has always reminded me of her mom—her gentle spirit, her loyalty, and the way she brings light to my life every single day.

On top of this, I recently lost my job and cannot afford to take her to the vet on my own. This has made an already difficult situation even more stressful, and I’m reaching out for help because I want to do everything I can for Mavis.

The funds raised will go directly toward Mavis’s surgery, as well as the basic exams and follow-up care she’ll need to recover. Every dollar will help give her the best chance at a healthy future and more happy years together. I want to do everything I can to make sure she gets through this and continues to be the loving, joyful companion she’s always been.

Mavis is truly one of my bedrocks. Her love and personality make every day brighter, and I can’t imagine my life without her.
