Help Mark Beat Cancer

This fund is for my best friend Mysti . 2 weekends ago things were good and then last Friday her fiance ended up in the hospital being diagnosed with stage 3 multiple myeloma. Multiple Myeloma occurs when plasma cells become cancerous and grow out of control, they can produce a tumor called a plasmacytoma. These tumors generally develop in a bone. Stage III means a large number of myeloma cells are found. So in one week she went from planning her first Christmas with her 7 month old son and her amazing fiance Mark, to developing a game plan to help him fight the cancer that had been slowly eating away at his bones. Mysti and Mark have an adorable 7 month old named Hudson and were planning on a mid-summer wedding in 2016. Mark also has 2 awesome daughters by his first marriage. The average life expectency for someone with stage 3 multiple myloma is 22 months. Mysti would love to spend as much time as possible with her finace as he continues to fight, but she is the sole income earner for her small family. She would get on FMLA but she can't afford the cut in income that it would cause. Money is already tight and any cut in income would really hurt them, plus they are now dealing with the cost of co-pays, treatments, and other medical care for Mark's condition. If Mark makes it out of the hospital and is able to return home, he will need a nurse to help continue his treatment for the duration of his disease. Now that Mark is sick, Hudson needs daycare because his dad can't watch him while he's undergoing treatment and his mom works. What Mark needs is to be with his fiance and his children and help to make sure he is comfortable while he's still with us. We would all be grateful beyond words for any donations that helped this family spend more time with each other while they battle this together.
